huh, that's a C++ style #include* and you are compiling with a C
compiler (and obviously app.c is a C program)
have no idea, see upstream.

* and indeed /usr/include/json/config.h is part of jsoncpp "C++
library for interacting with JSON"
how did that get included in a C program???
