Just to weigh in, fnodeuser's accusations of "deleted/hidden bugs" are because they can't figure out how to use Flyspray. (Switch to All Projects and enable show Closed Tasks.) I spent a few minutes treating them civilly, trying to show them how to use the bugtracker and how to write a good bug report.
