LC_ALL is on my todo list. It happens to at least Pluma and Evolution too, so it's not related to Claws. No, there are no problems, I only experience annoying messages. OTOH if I do real-time recording I dislike useless write access to ~/.xsession-errors, it unlikely will cause problems, but it's a matter of principle.
