After reading this https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/42423 I perhaps should mention, that I _do not_ use GNOME. Evo completely fails on my machine, when using openbox. I can't test another WM right now, since Melt seems to need hours to finish a diff of .config/evolution and .local/share/evolution with backups I made before I upgraded and after that downgraded. When the diff is finished I'll log out and then log in another WM.
