It should work out-of-the-box in Chrome, but Chromium doesn't come with
the PPAPI plugin for EME. I don't know how feasible it is to get that
plugin working in Chromium. For the Pepper Flash plugin, it's as simple
as dropping the shared object into the directory and adding 2 cli flags.
