The bsdtar try to set the file flags(xattr) of the target file on your filesystem, but this doesn't works fine with some special filesystem(e.g. tmpfs, btrfs) so it print this error message. As I think store xattr in the .pkg.tar.xz is a bit unnecessary, I usually ignore these messages.
