I kept the default, didn't edit this entry, it definitively is /usr/sbin/gparted %f . IOW the menu's default might be /usr/bin/gparted_polkit %f for the DE you're using, but for e.g. Xfce4 users (xfce4-popup-applicationsmenu and xfce4-popup-whiskermenu) it is /usr/sbin/gparted %f.
