I executed:

localectl set-x11-keymap es,us pc104 deadtilde,dvorak grp:alt_shift_toggle

And locatectl:

maykel@arch-maykel ~/ $ localectl
   System Locale: LANG=es_ES.utf8
       VC Keymap: es
      X11 Layout: es,us
       X11 Model: pc104
     X11 Variant: deadtilde,dvorak
     X11 Options: grp:alt_shift_toggle

Is OK??
