That's what I meant, sorry if I haven't made it clear.

I agree that this change was clearly for the better, but there had be
some kind of disagreement since the commits have been mass reversed.
I'm trying to gently prod Arch Overlords so at least I (we?) know what
kind of changes have a chance of being accepted.
