Actualy it's very well up to date, but GTK+2 version. 1.10.2 is the last version supporting GTK+2 AND GStreamer 0.10. Version 2.0.2 supports GTK+2 but not GStreamer 0.10. There are some legacy apps which still use GStreamer 0.10 and WebKit GTK+2. Having WebKit GTK+2 linked to GStreamer 1.0 while an app is using GStreamr 0.10 would result in a disaster (Rhythmbox had such problems before it was ported to GStreamer 1.0).
