Have found a bug in the Kernel (from another email here) that behaves in a similar way. Maybe having the same issue (https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58351). Also, I think it is an Alsa issue. I disabled PulseAudio and the audio is still not working through Alsa.
