Until now I had no difficulty with kernels 3.6 or LTS. With the kernel 3.7.4, the system started to boot normally but the display went blank before the login prompt appeared ! By precaution, I always have an installed linus-lts what allowed me to return quickly to the version 3.6. which works correctly. I'm using the Nouveau video driver (last release) and my video harware is : VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation NV34M [GeForce FX Go5200 64M] (rev a1) Regards ! Jean-Marie Duprez
