The dbus entries are actually the same except for the description.
Setting a users shell to /sbin/nologin or /bin/false achieves the same
thing.

Also, I jsut looked at my passwd file and apparently I had merged my
pacnew files to reflect the changed uid for uuidd.  So mine is 68:68 and
I have no issues.
