30-dbus will go away, so that's not an issue.

That leaves dbus-launch. I don't see why you would want to remove the
binary? Is something on your system trying to call it, even if we
remove 30-dbus?

Many programs run dbus-launch themselves if they don't see it already running, and then leave it up when they exit.
