Hi all,

Apologies for what I'm sure is an idiot question. Any time I try to do anything with pear, I get:

What do I do?

In case it matters, the problem I'm really trying to solve [TM] is to install a calendar server. I've selected horde because it also offers a supposedly gnupg-capable webmail server, which would be nice when I'm stuck on my tablet.

Thanks!
