another format maybe? but make sure that you have serial access before
upgrading!
provider: edis.at cheapest VPS ever (i just love their support)
id you have money to go for a dedi, then go for it and don't even think
about VPS
PS: i think that KVM (my host has) is better than XEN. Also you have VNC
access (even BIOS) :)
