Depends why you ask, but I guess the answer is "no". To be more
precise: it has to do with systemd in the sense that we moved
/lib/systemd to /usr/lib/systemd.

As Bjørn mentioned, what is happening is that we are working on moving
/lib, /bin, and /sbin to /usr.
