I figured that one out after the fix. "Rebuild kdm to work with the new shadow
soname" :)  But in the middle of setting up the build environment to be able to
rebuild kdm (Trinity from git) -- a quick fix to get kdm running again is the
needed solution :)

libaudiofile, libpcre, libshadow -- what's with all the soname changes in the
past couple of weeks?
