I think you are correct. I think it is a libssl or openssl issue. I have a
server on the lan that handles network printing:

  CLIENTS                   SERVER                  PRINTERS
workstation   ---|                              |--- Laserjet 4200
workstation 2 ---|                              |--- Sharp M355N
workstation 3 ---|------Arch Server (cupsd)-----|--- Laserjet 4100n
workstation 4 ---|

If the workstation is Linux - it won't print. If it is Win - it prints fine. So
something in recent updates has messed up the handshake.
