Since I already run netcfg to use the Interent by PPPoE, I hoped to find
an USB stick that can be run on netcfg too.

ADSL modem --wired connection--> Arch Linux with kernel-rt --> Wi-Fi USB
stick, so that both, the PC itself and an iPad 2 can use the Internet.

I would prefer to use something without a GUI.
