The cache size helped a lot a while back with Wine games I think.
Please read the nvidia readme again. Some of those options may nowadays
be enabled by default, obsolete or a bad idea.

For example, RenderAccel is enabled by default.


True, usually only fiddle with xorg.org when something breaks at update.
