No, it wouldn't. Deleting a file on RAID still means it's gone.

made one, but I think's it's all BIOS level; not archlinux.
Also not true. There is real hardware RAID, BIOS "fakeraid" and software
RAID. The first one is expensive. The last two require setup inside Arch.
