Due to how ghc (the Haskell compiler) works it's necessary to re-compile and re-link a package when one of its dependencies changes. In this case "changes" includes a bump of pkgrel as well. Currently we're not trying to track any changes to the dependencies living in [extra] and [community], which means that at times packages in ArchHaskell breaks until a user notices it. Are there any tools that can help out with this?
