First of all, Thanks for so much reply! nomodeset was already in menu.lst wat wasn't there is fglrx in modules array @t rc.conf , but on other desktop machine it isn't necessary. The wiki page doesn't ask for it when using the repo [catalyst] Either way I'll try adding it and I'll tell you guys later how it worked out.
