So you are saying that everyone should be able to signoff? I think the
main point is everyone can block a signoff by filing a bug report.

I'm sorry but that was what I understand after reading the wiki, specially:
"The ones that I believe everyone use and can test (please fix if they are
incorrect or missing) are marked by a 'EVERYONE' so you don't need to write
your name beside them."
Oh... that table down that bottom. Not sure that anyone has looked at
that in a long time.
