You mean to have skype readily available for the 64bit version? That
would be nice (one less thing to fetch from AUR :p ).

I guess the staticqt version could be used in the meantime, I've been
using it for a good while and it has been working fine.

I think the staticqt version can also help avoid some minor
inconveniences that plague skype when there is a qt update, such as
missing avatars.


missing avatars are because of the way we have right now lib32-qt. it would be fixed once we roll out the new repository have have li32-qt properly built
