Booted fine on a netbook that uses dm-crypt with LUKS to encrypt the
root partition. cryptsetup has device-mapper in its dependencies, so I
think it's safe for me to give a i686 signoff for device-mapper.

(Can't say anything about lvm2 as I don't use it.)
