In short, it's a packaging problem. You could try forcing the package upgrades (while not the best solution I imagine at most you wont be able to print), or just skip those packages until someone gets around to fixing the packaging issue. The long version: system-config-printer version 1.1.7-3 was just replaced by system-config-printer-common 1.1.12-5. I'm not sure what the differences are (if any), but either the two packages in question (kdeadmin-system-config-printer-kde kdeutils-printer-applet) need to be updated, or the system-config-printer-common package needs to have the PROVIDES line updated. I'm going to file a bug against system-config-printer-common for the provides, since the kde packages are orphans.
