New bluez package

Upstream bluez has gone to version 4.45 now, and one new thing is that
it no longer starts as a system service, but auto-starts when a
bluetooth device is present. This is done via udev rules that are
installed by the package.

I've been maintaining my own packages that can be found in my git
repo, for anyone that's interested:
