Most of those are common errors like it happens with
http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/13134
The official Arch way to solve this is to host those projects in
ftp.archlinux.org
But that would duplicate the hosting of sources for GPL compliance. See
http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/5355#comment40377 and downwards.
Probably a better solution should be found if you want ABS to work no
matter what.
