This musst be a bug in testing/udev 132, with core/udev 130 it works 
again and the symlinks looks different:

---snip---
/dev/dvd -> /dev/cd/dvd-sr0
/dev/cd/dvd-sr0 -> /dev/sr0
---snip---

And they don't change when I put a disc in the drive.

On the first glance I can't see any difference between the rule files of 
130 and 132.
