I do not see any indications of Apache shutting down, just warnings that there is a problem with your configuration.

These warnings are generated when the server starts and would prevent it from starting but would not cause it to stop after it started.

These warnings indicate that you have a problem with your SSL configuration.

It looks like you are trying to use SNI (Server Name Indication, which allows name-based virtual hosts to work over SSL), but your server build does not support SNI.

If you are not trying to use SNI, then you have some other configuration problem.
