Thank you Eric,
It was not my config, nor the htaccess. But your comment made me realized that would probably be an issue with wordPress (yes, I didn't think it was relevant! sorry).
And it was! Wordpress was the one redirecting. I reinstallled it using the port number as the site URL and it now working.
