If it's a fixed list, something like this should work:
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule "^(/(site|foo|bar|baz)/test.*)$" "https://%{HTTP_HOST}$1"; [NC,R,L]
Or, for /<anything>/test:
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule "^(/[^/]+/test.*)$" "https://%{HTTP_HOST}$1"; [NC,R,L]
