I am not able to successfully implement UserDir in Apache. I am able to successfully reach the DocumentRoot. However, when I include the user's name following the domain, for example, "*.com/wendellmoore," I receive a 404 error. Following is some information that should prove useful in understanding my environment.

# cat /usr/local/etc/apache22/Includes/users.txt>>  userdir.txt
<IfModule mod_userdir.c>
   UserDir disabled
   UserDir enabled wendellmoore
   UserDir /disk2/*/public>
<IfModule>
