My web hosting provider is attempting to install gnuplot for me. They have installed gnuplot and libgd, but for some reason the gnuplot jpeg terminal is not yet available. (When I installed gd and gnuplot on my home development system, the jpeg terminal was available right away.) The hosting provider is asking me, " If you can tell us exactly what configure command you want us to run, we can do that." Is there a configure command I can tell them to run in order to install gnuplot with gd access? Thanks in advance to all for any info.
