How to enable mod_fcgid ?

Hi all,


I've compiled and installed mod_fcgid from sources 

######################################################################
URL: http://www.cybersprocket.com/2010/project-management/upgrading-redmine-from-8-6-to-9-3/
# cd /usr/local/src/
# wget http://apache.mirrors.hoobly.com/httpd/mod_fcgid/mod_fcgid-2.3.5.tar.gz
# tar -zxvf mod_fcgid-2.3.5.tar.gz
# cd mod_fcgid-2.3.5
# apt-get install apache2-prefork-dev
# APXS=/usr/bin/apxs2 ./configure.apxs
# make
# make install

# apache2 -v
Server version: Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu)
Server built:   Aug 19 2010 05:21:53
