The included file itself should contain valid configuration options, not a list of files to be included. If you want to include multiple files, you can use wildcard includes, e.g. 'Include /opt/app/ccr/home/ccr/Apache/includes/*.std' (after deleting httpd2.std, because you won't need this file).
