Significance Of HTTP 202 Code in access logs

Hello All,
 
We have noticed lots of 202 httpd code in the access logs of apache.
 
We would like to know what does it mean and whether it indicates any problem on web server end.
 
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202 -
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202 -
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202 -
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202 -
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202 -
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202 -
"POST /eXchange/B2BInbound HTTP/1.1" 202
 
We are using following version of apache and tomcat.
 
Apache 2.0.59.
 
Tomcat 5.5.9.
