I suspect that if you pass the location to everything, then remove it 
from /1 and /2 it will work better.
as in:
<Location "everything">
 YYY
</Location>
<Location /1>
 -YYY
 XXX
</Location>
<Location /2>
 -YYY
 XXX
</Location>
