Yes you did have. The statements doesn't need to be literally identical to be duplicate, it's enough if they have the same effect.

The first proxy statement:

   ProxyPass / http://192.168.1.5/
   ProxyPassReverse / http://192.168.1.5/

means proxy the root AND everything below the root which includes /docebolms, /docebolms/whatever, /docebolms/whatever/whatever ... etc

So when your second statement came:

      ProxyPass /docebolms http://192.168.1.5/docebolms/
      ProxyPassReverse /docebolms http://192.168.1.5/docebolms/

apache simply said "i have already done that".
