"50Mhz ARM" -- My main memory pool is ~24MB and my swap is 32MB (carefully placed on a Compact Flash card at the *end* of it)

Oh, and there was a machine with 8MB of ram/4MB Flash running Linux... Saw it a while back at the Embedded Show.

Lantronix has a similar thing too, but it doesnt run Apache or Linux.
