Nope but the binary is in the distribution tree and linked from the download page, so I'm not sure where you got turned around. You mentioned the source package but I'm assuming that isn't what you wanted, and apparently the downloads page is out of date. Look here; http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/
