Apache 2.2

Just migrated to apache-2.2.13 and already ran into this problem:

myserver# apachectl fullstatus
Forbidden -  You don't have permission to access /server-status on this 
server.

Even getting the same error when logged on as 'root'

Can you tell me what is causing this? Thanks.
