Re: mod_rewrite : Can a space in a URL be preserved ?

Spaces aren't valid characters in urls, period. As you say, it URL
encodes to %20,
and I can't imagine any bits of apache (or any other server)
are going to send a space instead, because that breaks the HTTP spec.
