Apache runs with PHP as a module. Indeed, the side remains white by the
call from phpinfo.

There no log entrys.

What is your exisiting source (.php file)

What logs are you referring to

What is the relevant part of httpd.conf

What is your path

Have you created a php.ini

Have you read install.txt
