I recognize some of those names but haven't done business with them.
I've been pleased with Thawte and Entrust.  I wouldn't call them
"cheap", but I would call them reasonable.  Our corporate security
office handles Thawte orders so I wouldn't know how they are to work
with.  The only problem I've had with Entrust is that their order flow
assumes that someone has both the technical data and purchase
authority, which doesn't quite fit our organization, but that's just a
minor annoyance.
