Anyone have a prettier choice, I dislike both of these (ugly capture,
repeating "cgi-bin")

[ ] RewriteRule  ^/(cgi-bin/.*)$
/www/hosts/${lowercase:%{SERVER_NAME}}/$1  [H=cgi-script]<br />
[ ] RewriteRule  ^/cgi-bin/(.*)$
/www/hosts/${lowercase:%{SERVER_NAME}}/cgi-bin/$1  [H=cgi-script]<br
