Solution to "Help w/ installing Apache on Windows XP"

Dear list,
 
Andre Warnier suggested I change the listen directive to another port. I changed the httpd.conf file to  81. When I call http://localhost:81/, the "It Works!" page shows. Thank you Andre.
 
I am duplicating the errors I got before so others my benefit from Andre's suggestion.
 
 “The Apache server named reported the following error
 
 >>> Unable to open logs
.>>> No listening sockets available
>>> (OS10048) Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network/address/port) is normally permitted. :make_sock: could not bind to adrress: 0.0.0.0.:80”
