I'm a Linux guy, but have been handed the above to do on a live server. I'm just wondering if I use the msi file will it upgrade the current installation? Will it stop and start the service? Keep the current config files? Sorry for the probably slightly stupid questions but google hasn't turned a lot up for me and I don't want to risk lengthy downtime of the sites on the server.
